There are two rooms. In one room, there is a long table with a large pot of soup in the middle. Everyone's hands are spoons, but the spoons are too long to reach their mouths. Everyone is desperately trying to get the soup on the spoon and into their mouths, but they can't, and they are all very frustrated. In the second room, there is the same situation, except, instead of everyone fighting to try and get the soup into their own mouths, everyone is feeding each other.
Happy holidays to all.

A Two-Time Universe? Physicist Explores How Second Dimension of Time Could Unify Physics Laws
This physicist is proposing that there may even be a second dimension of time. As it is, time is considered reverse-invariant, meaning anything that happens forward is equally likely to occur backwards. That barely makes sense to the average human mind. If that's true, how can we possibly comprehend a second dimensions of time if we can't even comprehend the first? There may be up to 11 dimensions of space as well. How can this possibly make sense?
If the way our mind interprets time and space is inherently flawed, how can we trust anything else our mind conceives of? Existence merely becomes a construct of our minds in order to get through our lives. Everything you believe is of a similar construct. If physics is learning that the basic things we hold true don't work the way we think they do, it must inherently call into question our much larger assumptions about the way the world works.

We float alone for so long
hold on, hold on, children, hold on
What do we do when our mind is gone?
hold on, hold on, children, hold on
open yourself to the experience of being
we can't see, we can't see
let go, let go, and embrace with your arms
hold on, hold on, children, hold on
- The Key to Our Secret - Children, Hold On

Oh child, who am I? Who must I be to stand present on this stage? In front of an audience, waiting and watching. They are so insignificant on their own, but a crowd has energy. It's the connection of individuals, child. It's what makes us who we are, who we can and must be. It's where we are and where we must go. It's a beautiful connection. So let's connect. Without connection, we do nothing but float without direction.

I'm sitting in front of a white, blank box. It's asking me for my thoughts. I don't know if I'd like to give them to it. I never really know what it does with them.
I'm here again, but this time I don't want to talk. I don't want to know what happens next. I want to get up and go; I want to move; I want to be a part of this earth.
It is time.
It is time for us to reach out.
I am sitting here, staring, waiting to be alive. Waiting to finally be born again. It is so exciting.
My feet move. My arms shake. Let's dance.

I wish it was warm enough to go to the park. I miss the square. Today would be a wonderful day to sit, with a cup of coffee and some music, and stare. The people are always so interesting. I could allow myself to be inspired by them, sit in the sun and understand what it means to be a part of something so indistinct. I would be able to enjoy a moments peace without being cramped inside this warm, dirty apartment. A breath of fresh air would be nice.
